EXHIBIT @ SILKS GALLERY (ONLINE)

• Artist must forward via e-mail a minimum of 5 (five) and a maximum of 10 (ten) high-resolution jpeg artworks to: info@silksgallery.com

IMPORTANT NOTE:

• Please make the subject header of your email: ‘Online Review'.

• Make sure the jpeg images are of a high resolution (poor resolution might result in your images not being accepted).

• Title all your jpegs clearly.

• Include a clear description of ALL your images in the following format: TITLE; MEDIUM; SIZE; FRAMED/UNFRAMED; PRICE IN € EUROS (IF ARTWORK IS FOR SALE )

• Upon receipt of the jpeg images of your artworks, the gallery will then assess them to decide whether they meet the required criteria. Please note that the gallery reserves its right to accept or reject any artwork at its own discretion.

• In case the artworks have been accepted by the Gallery, the artist will receive an e-mail notification within one working week after the receipt of the artist's email with further instructions on how to pay the online exhibition fee.

• The artist must then complete the payment procedure via the Gallery's website or any other payment terms accepted and indicated by the Gallery.

IMPORTANT NOTE: PRIOR TO MAKING THE PAYMENT THE ARTIST WILL BE PROMPTED TO READ THE TERMS & CONDITIONS VERY CAREFULLY AND AGREE TO THEIR CONTENTS. THE GALLERY HAS A VERY STRICT POLICY AGAINST FRAUD, FORGERY, IDENTITY THEFT AND ANY OTHER CRIMINAL VIOLATIONS UNDER THE LAW APPLICABLE IN THE REPUBLIC OF CYPRUS .

• The exhibition fee is 20 Euros for a maximum online display of 10 (ten) artworks for a period of 6 (six) calendar months .

• A further fee of 10 Euros will apply for every additional set of artworks of up to 10 (ten) pieces.

• The artworks will be displayed as soon as the payment has been processed.

• The artist must clearly indicate in the email whether he/she wishes to sell the displayed artworks.

• Upon expiry of the 6 (months) display period the works will be removed from the website.

• Should you wish to extend the duration of your display for a further 6 months you may do so by submitting the renewal payment.

• Should you wish to remove your works from the online display prior to the expiry of the 6(six) months period, you may do so by sending us an email at: info@silksgallery.com with your name and the artwork(s) titles you wish to remove.
